- These variations are not considered faults

We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse
A contract is formed once your order is confirmed or dispatched.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£)
- Payment must be made in full before order processing
- Prices may change without notice
6. Fabric Composition
All garments are labelled in accordance with UK textile regulations.
- Fibre composition is stated on garment labels
- Marketing terms such as “silk-feel” describe texture only and do not indicate fibre content
- Customers should refer to garment labels for exact material details
7. Care Responsibility
Customers must follow all care instructions provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Incorrect washing or drying
- Excessive heat or ironing
- Use of harsh chemicals
- Improper handling or storage
8. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs
- External disruptions
Risk passes to the customer once the order is dispatched.
9. Returns
We accept returns only for faulty items or incorrect items sent. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing chosen, or custom / made-to-order items. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Arissa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
